Cancellation & Late Policy
To respect everyone’s time, all appointments require clear communication.
Cancellations:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations result in a 50% service fee.
No-Shows:
Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
Late Arrivals:
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. At 15 minutes late, the appointment is automatically canceled and considered a no-show.
